At Elastx, products and services move through defined phases before reaching General Availability. The current phase is shown on each product’s documentation page. This page describes what each phase means for you as a customer.
Beta
| What it means | Early release to a limited group of customers for testing and feedback. |
| Feature readiness | Core features are implemented and mostly stable. Some known issues may remain. |
| Availability | By invitation only. |
| Pricing | Normally provided at no cost. |
| Support & SLA | Best-effort support. Not covered by standard SLA. |
Technical Preview
| What it means | Production-ready features made available early, before full GA. Minor changes, additions, or manual steps may still occur. |
| Feature readiness | Full feature set for the current scope. Increased stability and performance compared to Beta. |
| Availability | Available to customers who accept the preview terms. |
| Pricing | Standard price applies. |
| Support & SLA | Supported under our standard SLA, with exclusions. |
General Availability (GA)
| What it means | The product has passed our internal GA process and is officially released for production use. |
| Feature readiness | Meets the defined product scope. Treated as stable and reliable for production use. |
| Availability | Available to all customers. |
| Pricing | Standard price applies. |
| Support & SLA | Fully covered by our standard SLA and support processes. |
